Audi SA - Road side assist - Pathetic Service

Purchased a 2025 Audi RS3 in April 2025 with full service plan, maintenance plan and a 24 hour road side assist. On the 16th of August approximately 20:00 while travelling on the freeway I experienced a burst tyre due to a pothole on the road. The tyre had a huge whole in it and was not repairable. Opened the boot only to find the car has got no spare tyre and only a tyre repair kit which in this case will not work and the car does not come will run flat tyres ( real bummer). I then called Audi Assist and explained the situation and I stressed the level of urgency as I had my 3 year old daughter with me in the car, Audi gracefully explained that they cannot assist as this is considered an accident damaged and I should contact my insurance company, I practically begged and they had no mercy considering the car had no spare tyre for me to change and the kit would not help. Fearing our life and safety I decided to drive the car as is to a nearest safe point where I parked the car over night in and open parking lot. I then contacted the sales rep from Audi and he clearly mentioned that he or anyone else was not aware of the tyre not being covered under the road side assist. Clearly spending over a million rand on a sports car means nothing when a huge brand like Audi cannot assist and support when you need it the most. Clearly 1 tyre is more important to Audi than life. I will be taking this matter up and returning the car. I pray that no father has to go through this traumatizing experience ever again.
