Audi SA - POOR over all service

Poor Customer Service. Audi has lost the understanding of what a customer is ! Boksburg Branch WestRand Branch Will make me move to a brand that actually cares about me. Audi SA also told me that these branches are privately owned so nothing they can do about their poor service. West Rand lies about making booking with me to get wipers and this after I had to follow up on getting these about a month after my vehicles service! Shocking that I should run after them!! Revolting that I'm told by Audi SA that my perception and unhappiness cant be fixed "because branches are privately owned"!. Raising this issue on FaceBook has also left Audi Sharing on a public platform the type/ model of vehicle I drive without my consent !! This has now caused a threat to me and my safety as I never share my personal belonging on social media !! How do you think this is acceptable?
