Audi SA do not back Customers

My Audi A5 was involved in an accident in Dec 2014.<br> <br> I went onto Audi SA website to look for an approved body repairer in Durban which I found and proceeded to get a quote from the said repairer (reason for not mentioning the body repairers name is that this issue is going the legal route)<br> <br> The short story is that the Audi approved repairer had my vehicle for over 6 weeks (meant to only be a 10 day repair) after allowing the repairer 3 attempts to rectify there mistakes I eventually took my car and did not sign the release documentation through all of this I contacted Audi SA for assistance but all I got was a useless call centre agent who was not prepared to assist and I eventually got a letter from Audi SA saying that they cannot assist! So people that certificate that the auto body repairers have on their walls means absolutely nothing! You have no protection and Audi SA will not assist you when their approved repairers mess your expensive Audi up!<br> <br> This twice before buying an Audi or VW! <br> <br> I have been in contact with carte Blanche and hopefully I will be able to being this to more peoples attention that Audi SA do not support their customers even after the amount we pay!
