Audi SA dissapoint

How can you do 100 000 km on an Audi A3 and they refuse to replace your brakes as according to them you still have 1mm to go before they will replace them under your service/maintenance plan, and your plan is finished in ****m! Never haf any huge claims on plan or had change of brakes.. surely it is not safe for brakes to have so many km on them and all Audi refuses to pay for a set of brakes... unbelievable and very dissapointed in the brand.
