Audi SA customer service...what service?

So I bought a demo Audi A4 almost a year ago, soon after I got the car I moved to Johannesburg. I discovered the car was faulty, so about 3 weeks after I got to Johannesburg it was due for its first service (15000) I told the dealer about the fault. They said they would log a tickets and get back to me...never heard from them again. about 1.5 months later I was back where I bought the car, complained again about the fault...another ticket..no feedback. January 2015 I wrote an official complaint to Audi SA, it took them 3 weeks to contact me. Now almost a year later, I still have no answers, and every time I speak to Audi, I have to wait for feedback, which never comes. Even after complaining to the MD of Audi SA, I'm still waiting<br> Audi has absolutely no idea of customer support, and they don't care about their customers, once they get their money from the bank, you are *****ed! This is absolutely ridiculous for a brand like Audi, its not like their cars are cheap.<br> Audi give me back my money and take you broken car back! You have ****** my money for almost a year now
