Audi SA Assist Help line NO HELP!!

I have had the worst experience with Audi SA Road Assist. Apparently their assist is for flat tires only!! No assistance from the help line on the 24th Dec ,except to say, "we can collect your car on Monday" . My family and I had to have our Covid tests done tomorrow morning in order to travel expatriation on Sunday and now we sit without transport on Xmas eve. All that the car needed was a reset of the EPC due to the start/stop malfunction that could have been done in 5 min by a technician and a laptop!! Audi refused to assist!
