Audi Rustenburg Poor quality

I brought my car in for a service and the car was ok just needed service and only additional job or special job was to check the brakes for me as it was making some squirky sound when braking. when I came to fetch the car on my way from the dealer when I got home following day car complains about the coolant saying I must switch off the engine. Called the dealer principal as I couldn't get hold of the service manager. I was infact impressed by the way he responded initially but when it came to responsibility that's when the problem started.<br> Things like coolants is supposed to be checked during service because its part of the checks and inspections and I get the answer we did not work on that and all the pipes in the car are not Audi approved pipes. The car has been on motor plan and all this time they did not pick it up ? why after I logged a complain? Is it because of incompetency or costs covering or what? I'm really disappointed and I will NEVER EVER take my car there. This is my second incident with this dealership with both my cars.
