Audi Rustenburg

My car damaged the engine and was towed to Audi Rustenburg. Audi SA covered all the cost of the new engine and turbo as the car is still under motorplan. I commend audi sa for that. however , Audi Rustenburg was given the job to fit in the new engine and turbo. I have never witnessed such poor workmenship in this life time. 1. the car was with the dealership for for 6 -7 weeks. 2. they contacted me for a week claiming that they need a natis document which i kept on sending and kept on saying it is incorrect. 3. i called audi hatfield and they gave me the document within two minutes. 4. i submitted the document to audi rustenburg as per request to get police clearance for the new engine. 5. three weeks later the engine is not cleared and audi rustenburg claims that the traffic department in rustenburg is offline. they told me to come fetch the vehicle and they will continue to register the new engine with traffic department. 3 weeks later they claim they have not yet done that due to the rustenburg traffic department being offline. 6. i noted that my car was leaking water and has a dent on the right front part after having received it from the dealer ship and parking it at home. i drove the car an a warning light popped that i should refill window wash water. in my attempt to refill the water i have noted that some part have been replaced with old ones. 7. the hydraulic bonnet holder has been replace with an old one. thus the bonnet can not be suspend open it needs to be held by hand. the mat inside the bonnet has also been replaced with an old dusty and dirty mat. the wash water bottle or pipe is leaking hence water being finished.

this is extremely sad and unproffessional as audi is a big brand in south africa. i have reported this matter to audi SA and spoke to Lynn Swart, i got a missed call from audi rustenburg and 20 minutes later when i called back the receptionist told it was the manager and he/she has left.
