AUDI ROAD ASSIST IS A ****!!!

I contacted Audi Road Assist to inform them that my car was not operational and was showing an ECU problem on the dashboard. Instead of promptly informing me that the car would need diagnostics due to a mechanical issue and offering to arrange a tow truck to their facility, they sent someone to inform me about the need for diagnostics and charged R1000 for it. This feels like a ******* as the guy was not supposed to come through in the first place. They made a wrong call. The call center staff seems uninformed about car issues and does not provide suitable recommendations. It seems like their primary concern is making money. I am so disappointed in AUDI. After fixing this issue. I'm unfortunately leaving the AUDI family.
