Audi return cars dirty and don't do the work

My car went to Audi for a service yesterday. I find it has been returned with grease smeared on the seat, and a collection of small pieces of leaves and dirt in the foot well. I have also received a \quote for additional work"to service the brakes and replace a CV boot. Now I must arrange to return the car to that end. Why on earth did they not call me and arrange to do that work along with the service? Why does booking the car in for a service preclude servicing the brakes? <br> And"
