Audi refused to replace parts

Worst experience ever owning an Audi , never ever purchase an Audi rather buy into the Chinese brands they offer better customer service than the Audi themselves.

Best advise never buy an Audi, they can't even resolve a small issues and have issues.

This is why they are loosing market share and closing branches in SA can't keep up the name.

Wrong people in the wrong positions and wrong decision makers.
