Audi Recall Messes car up more - Terrible service

I received an email from Audi SA saying that there was a recall on an heater element on my car and i booked my audi in at Audi Northcliff which clearly did not know what they doing , My car than was due for a service and i booked this in at Audi Sandton and mentioned that my car is in motor plan and my heater is still not working and they agreed to have a look.

1)They had to keep my car for additional days due to the stripping of the car. 2)They mentioned Audi Northcliff did not know what they were doing when they did the re-call program and they will sort it out 3)I was than told its not Audi Northcliff but its a faulty part which they will replace. 4)I am now told they did a temp fix as they couldn't repair the issue as Audi Northcliff broke clips etc in my car , The temp fix worked for 10 Mins and completely stopped , The temp fix meaning they would use cheap materials to hold things in place which is pathetic service and not something i would be happy with , I asked if this would mean they would put tape or something and he agreed that they would try that?

Surely Tape does not work with Audi genuine parts??

I than called Audi Northlciff and was promised a call from Wayne/Mohammed and to date i have not received a call . I tried again and left a message and still silent , I than communicated to Audi Sa to assist in resolving and agreed with Audi Sandton that they would send me a repair quote in which i can tell Audi Northcliff to pay and sort out my issue , 3 Calls later and promised a quote i have not got anything , I called and confronted my service agents saying whats the issue on the quote and theres poor communcaition and he has agreed that he shoudlv communicated better , He than mention MDUMI from Audi Northcliff requested images and would advise further , I called Audi Northcliff and left a call back which i am still waiting for.

This is the most ridiculous service i have ever received and staff are so *********** that they cant return a call or do a re-call which was suggested by Audi.

I have requested a loan car and was told there is no loan cars so i am inconvenience due to something which i had nothing to do with besides listen to the email saying do the recall.

I am disgusted in the service by Audi and did not expect it at all.
