Audi Q5 Mechatronic Unit Multiple Failures

We have a Audi Q5 2010. In 2015, 5 and half years later, we replaced the Mechatronic unit and clutches for R55 000 at our own cost. Audi refused to help. Now, in 2021, exactly 5 and a half years later, the Mechatronic unit has failed again. Audi refuses to accept responsibility and simply point to their 12 month warranty. This part is a common failure in Audi and has been recalled in cretain countries. Audi needs to step up and take responsivility for parts with inherent faults.
