AUDI Q3 - 2L TFSI – HJ12PS GP – throttle control issue AUDI can’t solve!

I bought a new AUDI Q3 - 2L TFSI. At 6 000 km my fuel consumption became extravagant! The technician revealed the AUDI has a faulty throttle control problem. (Then he denied the fact) AUDI refuse to disclose the technical analyses of the vehicle to the owner. I approached the AUDI dealer who referred me to AUDI SA, who refused to fix the throttle control unit. Their argument “the problem is not permanent” therefor they can’t fix it. Clearly, AUDI has a throttle control issue that they don’t know how to fix. The customer has to accept and bear the consequences of a technical problem AUDI can’t fix. AUDI IS OBLIVIOUS ABOUT THE CUSTOMER ISSUE!
