Audi Pietermaritzburg is one of the most ********* and ************* dealers in RSA. From the Principle Ryan down to the Service & Parts managers.

My car took 3 days to obtain a quote for repair (which was incorrectly diagnosed twice) but came to R 28k. The parts manager Sandesh used vulgarity when transferring my call, the dealer principle Ryan accepts this behaviour and made an accusation of ***** by me, when his own service manager Ricardo & foreman Michael quoted for an O2 Sensor, worse fuel injectors they had no proof was defective. When 1 week earlier I was charge 4k for a PVC valve which wasnt defective. They even dented my passenger door but refuse to release CCTV footage and choose to blame the car hauler.

I warn any customer, read the google reviews for this dealer, they all follow similar complaints to mine. the dealership is ********* from leadership onward. Pathetic to expect Audi to allow this.
