Audi open my car door it doesn't start

I have car keys in the car yesterday it took audi assist 7 hours to assist in Limpopo Thohoyandou,the technician did theee attempt to open the car and after that my car could not start and I spoke to audi that I need a courtesy car they said they can't organize it as they only do roadside assist, please help with the courtesy car
