Audi not taking accountability on their defective engines

I had a query with Audi SA concerning a common issue on their 1.4TFSI engine, 2014 model, and I was told that Audi doesn't guarantee that their parts will be durable for as long as possible. This basically means that Audi themselves do not have faith on the parts they have in their cars, but they want us customers to pay for the cars they advertise as "Being ahead through (unproven) Technology".
