Audi not licensing my car even after the charged me for the service.

@audisouthafrica charged me R4500 for license and registration when I bought my car in October, they didn't license the car and I kept calling them asking for the license. I have been following up for months. Last month they asked me to license the car and they will pay me back. Now they don't wanna pay me. I keep getting them run around a when I follow up on the matter. I am not happy about how I am being treated. I have a good mind to take the car back because I feel de*****ed by Audi
