Audi Northcliff - Worst Audi Dealership in SA!!!

Having traded-in my old vehicle and bought a new one from Audi Northcliff, I was disgusted to find out that my old vehicles finance has still not been settled and a refund that is owed to me, is still not paid. It has now been 3 weeks!<br> <br> I have had to beg Audi SA and Audi Northcliff for feedback in this regard with very little joy. On the last 3 occasions, all I get is: \We are unable to get a hold of the Manager at Audi Northcliff (Paul Rusteburg)".<br> <br> I have asked on 5 occasions (twice via email and 3 times over the phone) for confirmation that the traded in vehicle had indeed been settled and when the refund would be returned to me"
