audi - no assistance

almost heading to week2 - with no alternativ mobility! car breakdown due to battery and insistence on temp battery i sent form to audi on a loan vehicle- a week ago! , and since then service has been not only inefficient but ducks and dives - with no feedback And no response to mail! service has been utterly poor since declaration! * im inconvenienced and theres has been simply no attempt to resolve the matter! im expected to get myself there , fetch my vehicle - take it up again and take it down when its fixed and the logic would be to get a loan and take it up once car is fixed! to what end ???
