AUDI, NEVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE

I have absolutely no words, I took my Audi Q5 for a service and repair of the EPC light that comes on, to Audi Vereeniging. What a disappointment. My vehicle was given to them on the 02nd of August 2018 and is till date (02nd of October 2018) not fixed. When I phone the service advisor (Cherolene) to find out what is going on with my vehicle the response I get every single time is "I don't know I will have to find out and get back to you" this has now been going on for 9 weeks. When I ask to speak to the workshop manager (Riaan) the response I get from reception is that he is in a meeting. ( If they only spent the amount of time on my vehicle as what they have meetings, my vehicle would have been done 9 weeks ago. When I ask to speak to the branch manager (Jan) the response I get is that he is not there or he is in a meeting. I leave massages for them to phone me back, but guess what NOTHING.

Audi has caused me a lot of inconveniences and I am on the edge of loosing my job as I need my vehicle to fulfil my duties.

I will be very sure not to buy an Audi in my life again. VERY POOR SERVICE AUDI, VERY POOR.
