Audi Nelson Mandela Bay unreliable!!

I bought an Audi A3 in October 2024, from Audi Nelson Mandela Bay, the car came with a cracked bumper and Austin (My salesperson), promised me that the guys at Audi Braamfontein will assist in getting the bumper fixed. I stay in Gauteng, so I had to collect the car from Audi Braamfontein.

I asked the guys there and they told me they didn't know anything about the bumper issue. I went back to Austin and he referred me to his Manager (Thando), Thando then told me to get a quote from an authorized panelbeater and then forward it to him, I did so and he has since not rep****. This was on the 20th of November 2024.

I went to service the car on the 6th of February 2025, I asked for an update regarding the bumper, and the person who I was talking to, called Austin and asked him about it. Austin said the panel beater I found was too expensive and said that he spoke to the manager in the pre owned store (Audi Braamfontein) to assist. He instructed me to go to the manager, and that he will call him, when I got to the manager, he still didn't know anything about the bumper and said that Austin hasn't spoken to him about it. I really regret taking the car as it was and I had taken leave from work (to get the bumper fixed), because they told me I wouldn't be getting a courtesy car while my car is being repaired. I love the car, but I'm really not satisfied with the service I got. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from Audi Nelson Mandela Bay.
