Audi N1 city

<p>Dear Sir/Madam</p> <p> </p> <p>Audi N1 City took my Audi 3 sport-pack (2013) for more than two weeks to remove the top-gasket of the engine and replace it with the new one. The problem was that the car was consuming more oil. During that two weeks period my car sitting for three days no was attending. I had to phone them on the fourth day and ask them why there is no one attending. They told me that the person who was fixing the care is injured therefore there is no one attend car and the guy coming back next Monday. I got it back after two weeks and I was fine but I told that there car is stinking oil - it's like it was taken to bush mechanics. After complaining to Audi SA, I was told to bring back. On the following weekend of same week, drove to Mosel bay. As I was approach Caledon, the oil was finished and I poured three cups oil costing R158. When was moving back to cape town before I reach Riversonnerend the oil was finished again, I poured another cups of oil, this was the weekend of 8 August 2016. On the 10 August I took my car to Audi N1 City again and they tested it and found it still consuming oil even. It took them more three weeks to order new parts from the factory. After second week I called and ask them what is going because I’m driving a car which is not in good condition. Only to find out the parts were not ordered. After more than a week, which was yesterday, I was told the parts have arrived but they have booked the car for the 14 November 2016 because I can only get the curtesy car then. I asked to speak to the business manager, I was promised that he will call me, till today I’m waiting for him.</p> <p>The services at N1 city is very poor and the people there they don’t care about the client, it only about themselves. They made me hate the Audi band even to go to their centers. They are so useless even the head of the business. Something major needs to happen in N1 City to improve the services. I have reported them more than 5 times nothing is happening. The unfortunate is that this is my third Audi 3, now I can safely safe “I HATE AUDI”. I’m supposed to change my car and buy a new one, this use not be problem because I used to love Audi, but now its big problem to make a choice. I have seen Audi N1 advertising specials, I just hate them – I can’t imagining myself buying a car from them in the near future. They frustrated me and I had enough</p> <p> </p>
