AUDI MOTOR PLAN

I am absolutely appalled at the absolute **** poor **************** that Audi is pulling off , Bought a brand new vehicle Audi Q3 , Lovely car , after 1 and half years , 30k on the clock , the clutch packs in , Audi comes back tell me that normally the motor plan would cover these cost , but they wont , due to AUDI deciding its driver negligence *** , so my motor plan which cost 100k on the price of the vehicle which I paid ,for the purpose and peace of mind to cover me in these situations cant do its function cause AUDI decides when YOUR motorplan works , and THEY decide that you were negligent , I have been driving for 20 years , not even once have i driven a car and burnt out the clutch , That was the last AUDI i ever buy , absolutely astonished that a World wide brand treats customers like this , BTW did some research and discovered that its a common problem with Audi manual transmissions ...but they refusing to accept that it could be flaw in their car ....#DontBuyAudi
