Audi Menlyn worst dealership in Pta!

Audi Center Menlyn is the very worst dealership I have EVER had the misfortune of dealing with. Their telephones were down for 10days. Finally speaking to them regarding the scheduling of a service for my car, the reps had no idea what I was phoning about. After several attempts manage to get a booking. Then I was told to pay for the parts before the parts could be ordered. Which i did. Then the car had to go back yet again to be fitted with the ordered parts (which were delayed too). Car back at Audi, now we are being told the car needs to be there for the whole day, after we were told it would only take an hour at most. I'm super upset. Worst service ever and super expensive too
