Audi Menlyn *****!

Regarding Audi Centre menlyn, had an interest in Audi A4. I was asked to pay a R1000 deposit, to secure the vehicle. I was told it was refundable.

In the end, landed up not taking the car and never received my deposit back. I kept getting a run around, send bank statements etc. never happened. Please note this took place on the 17th of Jan 2019. We are now towards the end of May, the salesman I dealt with, Riaz. Now doesn’t answer calls or respond to messages.

Maybe it’s not an Audi SA problem, but stay away from Audi Menlyn, a basic customer service aspect they can’t deliver. I’m so pleased I didn’t land up buying a car from there.
