Audi Menlyn

my Audi A4 was due for service and i took it to Menlyn Audi, the car had no defects when i took it to the dealer and no pre inspection was done on the car, later when i went back to fetch the car i realised chip's on the bonnet of the car which i was not told about when i left the car, when consulting the manager at first he said it looks like the car was washed with warm water and then after he said they will take the car to their paint specialist, i got a call back from him saying to remove the chips it will cost R4500 which we have to go 50/50 me and the dealer, which is not my mistake at the first place.
