Audi: Long delays in replacing dead battery under valid maintenance plan.

The battery of my wife’s Audi Q3 (still under maintenance plan) ran flat 3 times over a 2 week period and had to be jump-started by Audi Assist. On the 3rd occasion Audi Assist collected the car with a truck and delivered it to Audi Century City. Communication was poor and we received conflicting messages from the dealership. After 2 full days with Audi Century City the car is still with them as they continue to do testing on the battery. Poor service by these guys for a car that is still under maintenance plan. Audi South Africa seems to be getting very sticky to repair and replace parts under your maintenance plan.
