Audi lets me down, big time!

<p>I was let down by the Brand that i grew up admiring, growing up i was always dreaming driving my own Audi. I own a Q5, which has been giving me problems, first it was mechatronic unit, which was fixed and i paid thousands of rands. 2 weeks later there was a sound, i took it back, and was told it' now the gearbox (which according to them is not related to the mechatronic that was recently fixed). which came as a shock because these 2 things are related. As a result, the mechatronic unit was taken out when the gearbox as diagnosed. i took this to their head office as i was not happy, still was not assisted, i took it to the Ombudsman and Audi hasnt been responding to all communications sent by the Ombudsman. how disappointing, and unprofessional. they dont care!! i am so disappinted i will never drive an Audi again. my hubby owns one and we are getting rid of it too... such pathetic service.. their customer service call centre is worse, for a prestigeous brand as Audi. </p>
