Audi Key Reprogramming

I recently took in my car to Audi the Glen for my car key to be reprogrammed since the key had issues. The key was fixed but recently when i checked my spair key i discovered that the spair key wasnt reprogrammed also. I enquired this with Audi Bruma when i went to change my flat battery on my key and they told me that i have to take this up with Audi the Glen where the key was reprogrammed. Audi the Glen has been closed down since last year December 2020 and there is no way i can take this up with them hence i decided to call Audi South Africa for assistance. I spoke to a lady by the name of Robin Ferreira at Audi South Africa and she told me that there is nothing that can be done since i dont have the physical evidence that the key was reprogrammed at Audi the Glen and that she will be closing the case since there is no evidence of this. Audi has all service records on soft copies for my car but suddenly for my key issue there is no soft copy of this invoice that the key was reprogrammed. This is not fair as im stuck with a spair key that is not functioning and there is nothing that can be done just because Audi the Glen is shut down. Kindly help me in this regard as i feel this is not fair. It seems like Audi doesnt want to assist just because i dont have physical invoice, but i cant even cant the invoice since Audi the Glen is closed.
