Audi JHB Messes up again!!!

<p>I have a problem with Audi JHB and seen from social media that that they have ********** clients before! I have been a long client of Audi and my vehicle a 2007 Audi RS4 Avant which has always been service by Audi The Glen with no issues.</p> <p>Recently I had a slight hydraulic fluid leak from my right front DRC Shock which was due to a pipe not being tighten. In fact the oil just sweated out slightly nothing major.</p> <p>I then took it into Audi The Glen to refil the shocks (bleeding and refilling the shocks under compressed air). They said they cannot do it as they don't have the equipment. I called around and found out Audi Service Centre JHB does it and Victor the manager there said I should bring it in and it will take overnight.</p> <p>My car was there 4 days from the 17th May 2017 and on completion I collected it Monday the 22nd May 2017. When I collected they billed me R2900. I asked if they test drove it and they said yes and all okay as the car looked really high off the ground to me. </p> <p>I left and did not even drive 100m and heard a loud bang like a gunshot! I got out and there was a puddle of oil behind my car and huge hole at the bottom of rhe car cover and saw a black cannister lying on the floor. I drove right back to the JHB Service Centre.</p> <p>They inspected it and said the Audi my Shock Pressure Accumulator exploded and this was due to so called "wear and tear". This was absolutely ludicrous! It was perfect when I dropped the car there and you could cleary see is was still in perfect condition. They wanted to bill me R38 000 to replace both. I refused to accept it and was told they will need to take photos and send it to the factory. What the hell that meant I don't now.</p> <p>Another 3 days later after not hearing from them or getting replies to my calls I insisted on speaking to Victor who said he still has no feedback and will check and I should deal with him only. A few minutes later Mark a service consultant called me and said the feedback is still the same and I must speak to Victor who was in a meeting. I called and left close to 15 messages for him for 3 days and finally got to speak to him aftet I refused to put the phone down.</p> <p> </p> <p>He sadi they will not fix it. I demanded then they send my car home and that I will take it up with Audi SA. My car arrived on a flatbed and I rolled it into my garage leaving puddle of oil behind and underneath it. </p> <p> </p> <p>I decided to take of the plastic cover below myself to see what was wrong to my suprise I saw to perfectly new metal accumulators you can clearly see has been ripped in and thorn appart by over pressurising. I summited these pics online on various Audi forums and international technicians advised the same OVER PRESSURISING!!! ! I called Victor and advised him. Guess what he has not see it and I had to email him pictures. Something he had promised the workshop did and investigated.</p> <p> </p> <p>I took this matter up with Audi SA and after nearly a month they still siding with the Sercive Centre and refuses to except responsibilty. I have attached to photos and plead to someone high up to please step in and fix ny car. It has been standing since the 17th May!!!</p>
