Audi is worse

The service we have received from Audi Pretoria is horrible. It is unspeakable. I think its because we are black. The worse thing they did today is my fiance to get a call and be told that the car had an accident in their premises. We trusted this brand. Now they dont even have a courtesy car now we must drive in a damaged car. telling us they cant promise anything maybe monday ???????? 1. expired ?? 2. Millage?? 3. money missing from the car?? NOW DAMAGE CAR??? REALLY!!!!!
