Audi is not reliable

My review about Audi . I have an Audi A3 , I initially had a problem with my car, there was a gearbox mulfunction by then car was still on service plan they had the problem rectified as they said, car came back to me. Exactly a year later car had the same problem I called Audi umhlanga they said they can't help me because the car is not our of motor plan but I didn't understand because it was a short period of time and not I have a not working car packed because they refused to help me . Please review my story
