Audi has left me stranded and broke

I was a proud owner of a late 2010 audi A4 2.0tsi quattro which i bought as a demo vehicle with 8k km on the clock. i made sure that all my services were up to date & the it was all done at a audi dealership, the last service was done on 106k000km at Audi centre Ctn in the last week of Sept 2015.<br> <br> abt 3 weeks ago now a mnth after my last service my car starting jerking when starting it. I thn called a tow truck who colected it & droped it as Audi centre ctn who found that the timing chain came off & caused damge to my entire motor amounting R70k in damges. Audi is not prepard to asist me with a good will as they are saying that i have an external warranty and that is why they cannot asist even though the externl warranty wil only cover R25k of the damges. i am left with a R45k bil i stil need to pay.<br> <br> I cant believe that a 2010 car can be break the way mine did especially since the cam chain was not on the service schedule to be checked or changed and that Audi cannot assist when the part failed due to no fault of mine as i did not mis a servce.Im taking a bus to work . i was with the brand for 15 yrs. Ive tried calling audi sa to asist but they refuse to. i cannot afford to fixit
