Audi George
Its sad that the loads of German Engineering and passion Audi vehicles are made of isn't expected from the Dealer Principles, Owners & employees representing their Brand. The same Brand they say differentiates them from all other vehicle brands. I am utterly dissappointed and shocked by the fact that the local Dealership has banned me from having my vehicle serviced/repaired by them purely because I questioned their workmanship, knowledge and why the repairs requested by me based on my experience and vehicle knowledge aswell as personal relationships with technicians was not executed. I requested that my braking system(pads & discs be replaced as i experienced failure, and reported this matter numerously over the past 6 months, only my pads was replaced,1mm thin,as according to the computer the discs were not to be replaced, just to find after the pads were fitted that the discs indeed needs replacement, which can only be done 4 days from now as the discs needs to be ordered!!Upon questioning why my instruction was not executed in the first place, and an argument about having a friend advise me and being told that he will see to it that if anyone touches the car he will make sure my warranty is withdrawn. Upon request to speak to the DP,i was refused and informed that i should service/repair my vehicle elsewhere. Furthermore I am utterly disgusted that clients are treated like pure horse **** by the Managers who is actually placed to represent the Brand to address client concerns and complaints based on personal preferences.
Spending R100s of thousands on a fantastic vehicle to end up paying for pathetic one-sided decisions by representatives of the Brand. Is this acceptable after sales service....? Would this BANNED STATUS also apply in purchasing other more expensive Audi vehicles...and does this apply to all Customers....or only those NON MILLIONARES....
