Audi free way maintenance plan

Refuses to fix my car under free way maintenance plan, when I just renewed the plan on Dec 2024. They claim the car was tempered with despite the fact the car was always serviced by Audi. Now, they want me to pay R18300 from my pocket while I paid for maintenance plan in Dec.
