Audi Fourways NO SERVICE

<p>Since purchasing a new Audi S5 from Audi Centre Fourways a few years back,<br />I have had to endure constant problems with the brakes screeching & despite<br />having taken the car back numerous times, the problem persists. The brakes<br />make a dreadful noise after standing in the open air & I can only assume<br />this to be dust related. On June 6 I took the car in for a service &<br />requested yet again that the brakes be attended to, as well as a problem<br />with the driver side electric window. After collecting the car & having<br />been assured that all was attended to, it was immediately apparent that<br />neither problem was resolved & the brakes continued to screech. I<br />contacted the Service Manager, Bradley, who informed me that they have<br />received similar complaints from many Audi owners & that the problem has<br />arisen ever since the removal of asbestos from the brake pads. I was told<br />that there is nothing that Audi Centre Fourways can do & that they are<br />awaiting a resolution from the manufacturer. Despite his assurance that he<br />would come back to me, I have heard nothing since & my repeated messages go<br />unanswered. And so I am left with an S5 that sounds like an old taxi & a<br />dealer who's only response is that they cannot help. I will now attempt to<br />have the problem resolved by taking my noisy car to Audi Centre Airport....<br />I live in Fourways! If the problem still cannot be resolved, I will trade<br />the vehicle in & revert back to BMW. Shocking customer service from a<br />supposed luxury German auto manufacturer! My advice to anyone in the<br />market for a new vehicle is that if you absolutely have to buy an Audi, do<br />not do so from Audi Centre Fourways.</p>
