Audi Forum warranty

I bought an A4 Audi 2017 model with only 17500KM on the clock and I had an incident where my front tyres got damaged due to bad road and refurbishment of a gravel road. I then called Audi on call to assist with changing of tires as the vehicle still had a warranty available. Audi on call dispatched some guy from Butterworth as my vehicle was stationery at the garage at home. The guy came with a wrong lock nut remover as mine was missing from the boot of my vehicle. He went back and I requested him to give me a lift so that I could go to East London to buy the lock nut and a tyre on the way Audi on call called to check if the guy managed to assist me I said he did not succeed with changing the tyre. Audi on call requested the guy to schedule for the following day and to bring the correct lock nut the guy came with another guy and they had another in correct lock nut which could not open the wheels,.. they ended up welding the lock nut trying to force the nut out of the wheel I asked them if that is what they do, they said they always do that when the lock nut is too tight. But they could not unlock the nut as they struggled with the stiff nut I took photographs of them while wielding the wheel. Then the y drove off with me and suddenly they stopped on the road and insisted that I got off the car as they are not allowed to carry clients in their vehicles. I called my insurance which towed my vehicle to a repairer. I then called Audi Forum to complain about the poor service and ill treatment I received. A lady by the name of Ziyathandwa promised to investigate the matter and requested for my vehicle Natis registration and quotation from the insurance company off which I did she promised to revert back to me within 48hours. I=The promised 48 hours elapsed without her keeping her promise. I reminded her on the email provided by her but suddenly another lady who claimed to be her supervisor by the name of Karean called and apologized for the bad experience I have to endure and also promised to came back to and said as Audi SA are struggling to get competent people to serve rural areas of which that was according to me an admission of guilt on Audi side. She later came to me to advise that Audi will not take the responsibility for whatever those guys that were dispatched by Audi to fix my vehicle. She advised me to take the matter if I like with my lawyers off which I did. I am so disappointed and depressed as the whole situation left me with a financial burden as I had to folk out insurance access, rent a car, and so many other personal emotion that I was exposed to. These people need to thought a good lesson I have takan the matter to my legal team and hopefully to the ombudsman if no joy is received from Audi Forum.
