Audi Financial Services false advertising.
I recently bought an Audi through an Audi dealership. I was offered various finance options, but made it clear I wanted to use Wesbank for the rewards.

I was told by Audi that Audi FS was Wesbank so I went for that option (I have emails to this effect). In all correspondence I referred to wanting finance from Wesbank & all inquiries from my side were about Wesbank (not Audi FS) finance. During the digital signing process the web portal used was also the Wesbank portal, so from my perspective I was receiving finance through Wesbank.

After signing I tried to login to the Wesbank website to no avail. I phoned Audi FS to inquire about this and was told that although Audi FS was a joint venture with Wesbank, I did not qualify for eBucks rewards.

I said I had made it clear from the outset that the only reason I went with Wesbank was for the rewards. The person then spoke to her supervisor and I was subsequently given a login to the Wesbank website and was told I would qualify for eBucks if I consented to be 'marketed to' which I agreed to.

I tried to confirm with with Wesbank but they still say I do not qualify.

Will Audi take charge of this process and deliver on its promises?
