Audi financial services

<p>i have been calling Audi financial services for the past 3 days to request cross border documents after sending an email to ********** <p> </p> <p>no response or assistance until I called today and I was told that they will not be able to assist me with the required docs since my account is in arrears .</p> <p> </p> <p>my account is in arrears since I was the one that made the payment arrangement so when I called the collection department ,no one was available to assist me.</p> <p> </p> <p>can someone please call me from Audi FS </p>
