Audi false advertising and bad service

For the past 6years I was so happy until now... Audi made their money and now they just don't want to help... Because of their unwillingness to help and uneducated staff I I'm in a situation.... I can't extend my freeway plan because of the staff not informing me when I ask for quote to do so... That I can only extend while car is still under old freeway plan... I'm driving a car with only 70 000km on but have to worry for the next 2years... The worst is audi advertise that u can extend plan saying no Grey areas.... Makes I wonder in what other things do they lie.... Even on their website it says that u can extend ANY Time..... Not impressed... Audi will never have another sale from me or any one I know....
