Audi East rand mall

I have recently purchased a vehicle at audi east rand mall ... it was a pre- owned Mercedes benz i was assured that the vehicle is "100% mechanically sound" as mentioned and the Salesman advised me that the reason why the engine light is on is due to a battery change that was done he said "there is a brand new battery" and i must take the vehicle to Mercedes benz to have this cleared ... after doing this Mercedes Benz notifies me that the car was in an accident ... The dealership has taken the car back as i have requested this to be replaced however no contact was made after the car was given back to them ... the customer service from Audi is so poor ... they even mentioned telephonic-ally that a replacement could take several weeks, there is no urgency with this..... they refused to give me courtesy car and they insist on paying back the money ... Cannot believe that a company as big as this has this kind of customer service.... pathetic
