AUDI DURBAN CENTRAL failure to inspect vehicle.

Mr K B of Bidvest on Behalf of Audi Durban Central (MCmotor) refused to sign confirmation of the inspection report when I collected my vehicle today at approx. 10 am. It appears to be that he did not want to sign the confirmation of the damage to the vehicle because when I handed the vehicle to Audi they failed to properly record all of the damage and there seems to be more damage to the vehicle than there was when I handed it over to them. I told them that its not my problem that they failed to properly inspect the vehicle when I handed it in to them for repairs. And they are liable for the difference between the damages recorded when I brought the car in, between the damages I've recorded on video at their premises before I collected the vehicle, and the incoming inspection and outgoing inspection on video record as follows:

1) Chip in front windscreen 2) Scratches on the under side of the front bumper 3) 2 x cigarette burn marks on the front passenger seat. 4) Passenger ceiling handle (Front) spring faulty 5) Scratches on all 4 x rims not just 3 as per the incoming inspection report 6) Dent on front passenger door corner. 7) Scratches on front right bumper. 8) Cracked front grill lining. 9) Other things as per recording).

I obviously got angry about the situation and Mr B got upset with me and was fortunately restrained by the SAPS from coming towards me in an aggressive way.
