Audi don’t respect their customers.

If you can avoid it, avoid buying an Audi specifically from Audi Brynston. But in General Audi SA don’t respect their customers. Bought a demo Audi A5 in November 2022 (20000km). The car has been making brake noises for a while now. I reported the incident to Audi Brynston and Audi SA 3 or 4 times. They keep telling me they can’t change the brakes. I drive a R**** that makes a noise every time I brake and there’s no one who can assist me. On Thursday last week I called Audi SA and told them I am unhappy about this Audi Experience. They said they’re calling the warranty guys and would get back to me within an hour. It’s a week later nothing from Audi still and guess what? The car still makes a noise every time I brake.
