Audi does not care

evehsince i bought my Audi back two years ago I have been constantly let down by Audi. In 2017 whilst i was traveling on the highway with my then 1 year old son, my car overheated and I was advised by Audi to cease driving the car and pull over on the side of the road while Audi assist would collect me, i waited for nearly two house to be collected in the blistering heat with my 1 year old where I could have been ****** or even worse! Audi offered me not even as much as an apology and only after i logged many calls and complained on social media did they offer me a monetary voucher to purchase an Audi accessory. All I infact wanted was an acknowledgment of the poor service and for Audi to ensure that this never happens to another female again with the **** statistics in south Africa this was unnacceptable. A little over a year later, now that my car is out of motorplan, my mechatronic seems to have failed and I am required to fork out R50k to replace the unit. I have submitted a goodwill claim with Audi South Africa who will not bother to provide me with information as to my claim has been unsuccessful simply because i have not provided them with the eNatis document proving ownership. Audi Northcliff is able to share information as they have me as the registered owner. surely there is one system to work off? I am in the process of moving houses and my documents are boxed up in storage but Audi South Africa will offer me no alternative to prove ownership and will not even take Audi Northcliff's word for it. It just makes no sense. My case manager, Gillian will not allow me to speak to any anybody further than herself so there is also no escalation process.

Audi is backward in their processes and general they also do not care about people. I will not be a flag bearer for such an organization.
