Audi disappointment in service

Service level poor

Waiting 3 days for mistakes caused by Audi

Booked and postponed on multiple occasions

Then when booked and told they will arrive early in the morning they never pitched and didn't bother to tell us, had to phone in to find out what is going on.....

Very disappointed in Audi, would quesiton their service level highly.
