Audi - definitely not vorsprung durch technik

<p>Audi N1 City - Disaster through lack of service delivery - I fail to understand how one must return four times to just have a small electronic setting on your window fixed, and after every single time you are told it is working just to drive away and realize that its not. This dealership lacks respect and have no knowledge of what good service actually means. If you haven't attended to something just say so, don't lie and don't give me attitude every time I try and explain the situation as if it is my fault you haven't attended to the window!!! This is the first and last time I will buy an Audi!</p>
