Audi cost me money. Now in denial. POOR SERVICE
In December i took my audi A4 3.0 to Audi for a clicking noise on the brakes. I was informed by the service rep Surita that i needed to replace the brake pads with original pads as Bosch service centre { who replaced them the week before} did not use original pads and that the problem would be resolved.

Trusting in their ability as a major player in the sa car industry and a trustworthy supplier i agreed and paid the R2500 to replace the brake pads. I was contacted later that day and told that my car was fixed and that i could fetch it.

I picked up my car and 100 metres further the problem started again. I contacted the repair centre and they told me to go back. I went back the next day and was told by the foreman and the service manager Eddie that i needed to replace the driveshafts and then once again THE PROBLEM WOULD BE RESOLVED. I spent a further R17 000 and still have the same problem. Audi now wants to give me R288.00 to keep my mouth shut and get rid of me. I will not stand for this. I am going to sue Audi and i will make sure they take responsibility for their poor and un educated advice.

I wanted to buy another car from them but decided against it. POOR POOR SERVICE
