Audi Clearwater Service Centre - swapped out new tyres with 2 dangerously faulty tyres

I sent my Audi A3 for a service after it had been repaired for hail damage. My car paint work was in excellent condition, my tyres were all replaced at the same time prior to the service.

Problems after service: 1) My car was scratched in multiple places which required rework by Audi Service Centre 2) 2 of my tyres were swapped out with faulty tyres where the tyres did not look the same, the dealership denied this and subsequently I have had to replace 2 tyres that were stripped to the metal. I buy and replace all my tyres at the same time and know what they look like and emailed them pictures of the tyres that were swapped. This problem has not been dealt with. 3) The bolt used to change tyres was taken out of my car so when I had my first tyre go flat they tightened it too much so we had to call them out. 4) Same thing happened to the second tyre.

The tyre shops are aware that this happens but do not provide with letters as they get business from the dealerships. I have been told by 2 tyre shops that dealerships swap out good tyres for bad tyres.

I am highly disgusted that after a costly service and after costly repairs from hail damage that I had to deal with the above and with further costs incurred for new tyres.

Does this make the car unroadworthy? This is *****ing and *******. I would like someone to investigate this matter.

Audi Clearwater is to refund me on the tyres that I have had to replace. Do not trust their service centre, they are completely *************.
