Audi Claremont pathetic service

I was assisted at home the morning because my battery died. I immediately left to the local dealer in Claremont to get it seen to. I was told they would test and report back. Got a call later the morning to say they were investigating. Got a call at about 14:30 to say that the battery is faulty and would be replaced. Someone would be around to collect me.<br> <br> At 16:30 I call to find out what is happening only to be told that the vehicle is still standing with the bonnet open and would have to remain for the weekend. The service adviser had already left for the weekend. No further calls to explain anything else.<br> <br> The fact that I was told the battery would be replaced and I would be collected was just ignored. I am stranded without a vehicle for the weekend.<br> <br> Utterly appalling service!!
